About Our staff

 Dr. Charles G Mahakian is a Psychiatrist in Las Vegas area and has over 51 years of experience in the field of medicine. He graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine with a medical degree in 1966. He specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment Of Mental Disorders, Emotional Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Substance-related Disorders, Sexual And Gender Identity Disorders And Adjustment Disorder.

Mrs. Shineka Foy-Olivas founded Divine Touch corporation while obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in University Studies majoring in two educational disciplinary: Criminal Justice & Public Administration (2008) and Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) with an emphasis on Special Education (2011), both at University Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Mrs. Foy-Olivas has received her Masters of Social Work Degree with a concentration in military clinical social work from University of Southern California (USC). In addition, as a retired educator, Mrs. Foy-Olivas has worked with children of all ages and different diagnoses to include: specific learning disabilities, ADHD, health impairments, emotional and mood disorders, as well as children with autism. Mrs. Foy-Olivas currently provides therapeutic and mental health community-based wraparound services to the following groups: individuals, children, families, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
